"Promenade and harbour view on a high floor is unbeatable. Great gym. Great swimming pool with views of the HK skyline and harbour magnificent. Space clean rooms. Housekeeping is on the ball. They’re friendly and very helpful too. Lots of dining and shopping within walking distance to and from the hotel. Excellent options. All staff from every department we came across with were all friendly and very helpful. Been to your home several times now. You have seemed to improve on every visit. Thank you. God bless."

"Very nice experience. The room was big and clean with nice view. Calm and peaceful at night. Only downside is that shower door doesn’t close and water drain doesn’t work leaving a 2cm layer of old water every-time you’ve showered."

"The staff are very polite and efficient. We arrived early and they still checked us in and even gave us an upgrade to seaview room. The room is in good shape and clean. The only recommendation I have is to update the fitness center equipments. But overall, we are very happy with the experience."
