"The room was clean but dated. The walls were thin. There was no usb outlet. The breakfast was ok with not much variety. The hotel was in a very busy area, convenient but noisy."

"The most courteous and friendly staff.. this is hard to find in Hong Kong. Molly from housekeeping always greets us with a smile. Concerige team is very helpful. Call out to Kingsley for his help each time."

"Stayed at The Emperor Hotel for 9 consecutive nights. Room was fine, comfortable bed, strong A/C. Staff was very helpful, swapped out our mini fridge that wasn't working. Cleaners were always wanting to clean our room and restock supplies. If you opt for the breakfast option, it is a very well appointed, with all the usual breakfast fare, including eggs how you want (scrambled, fried, omelette, hard boiled, etc). The only 'con' that we saw, was the hallway carpets were stained, possibly by a previous flood. And they were renovating their restaurant on the 2nd floor while we were there. All in all, would stay there again, as it was easy to access transportation with buses out front, and the Tram within a 5 minute walk. "

"My room has dampness smell,couldnt open windows.Although Aircon was working well but that doesn't take the dampness smell out. Overall good views and good location,i just stayed one night, but definitely can't recommend for long stays due to dampness smell in my room."
