「The disaster started pulling into the Holiday Inn, not the Clarion Inn. Their pictures online are of the Holiday Inn and the Holiday Inn is in litigation with Clarion Inn for false advertisement. Clarion Inn is nice. They are renovating, but it is still a nicely kept Inn to stay. The room was spacious and clean. The view was nice. But we ran out of towels on day 2 and they said they were all out of towels. We checked the storage room AND the laundry room. The staff said they were out and tried...

「The breakfast is terrible—you can't even call it breakfast. The place is very poorly cleaned, and housekeeping only comes every two days but does a bad job; they don't even restock the toilet paper or soap. Honestly, it was a very bad experience.」

「The room was clean and it was convenient since our air conditioner had stopped working. However, my room was right across from the laundry and many of the staff were lingering in the doorway of the laundry area and talking loudly early in the morning. The young man at the front desk also was difficult to communicate with upon checking in.」
