「The room was well done. It was just small. The bathroom is super small. The sitting room is small, but whoever designed the room thought about the space and made the most of the sq ft. The quality of the finishes were very good. It isn’t right on the beach like we expected, check-in is off-site but the room was nice if you don’t mind small. The price was high but I think that is because of the island. 」

So much so that we noticed non customers brazen enough to utilize its private beach lounges and also enter the fence and indulge in the pool & hot tub. 「The staff are helpful & friendly. The location is perfect to get back and forth to the beach , restaurants and use the free Anna Maria trolley. The pool temperature was perfect & nice to have ping pong & jenga available . Room service was excellent. Would have preferred if parking was included in stay and not added charge . 」

「Crystal Bay Hotel was fantastic! Check-in was fast and easy as was check-out. Staff in every area of the hotel was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The daily breakfast buffet was excellent, plentiful, and nicely appointed. The pool was clean and the loungers were plentiful and comfortable; greenery was well taken care of. The hotel was absolutely beautiful with lovely furnishings in the common areas as well as the rooms. We were about 3 miles from the beaches, and area...

「This area is older and not been modernized yet, But.......with the new bridges, and more attractions coming I see it getting better. Therefore the motel was old and run down but not moreso than the surrounding area. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. 」
