"Very quiet and clean place "

"Upon arrival we met Shayna who welcomed us and instantly made us feel welcome with her friendliness. She asked if we'd been to San Antonio before and I said we had come to celebrate our anniversary. Shayna congratulated is and we received a beautiful upgrade and later a bottle of wine was delivered. We were greeted everywhere by staff members, not just hello but how is your day going, anything I can do to help etc. on my third day I went down to the grab and go early looking for a banana to calm my stomach, and Shayna happened to be at the front desk. She immediately went to grab & go and seeing no bananas went to the breakfast restaurant. Coming back she apologized that they had none, offered melon, and told me if a store down the street where I could get bananas. Going out the door the young man working asked if I needed anything, I told him the story and he looked to the store in his pilot to make sure they were already open and if they had banana. This kind of service is amazing! The hotel is beautiful and a great location. Restaurant has delicious food but I must say the staff first above and beyond to make your visit perfect. Will definitely return. And Shayna and the rest of the staff...WELL DONE"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was great. There’s also a wonderful Mexican restaurant you can walk too next to the hotel . The park and ride is close too if you don’t want the hassle of parking in town . The pool area was lovely but the pool is not heated so it was cold when we stayed and the jets in the hot tub didn’t work very well. I would definitely stay here again "
