"Room was very nice and staff extremely friendly. Casino well maintained. Was disappointed in restaurant system. Felt like a fast food restaurant. Had to look at 4 different menus up on a wall to decide what we wanted, then order your meal and pay before going to the dining area. The food was prepared and brought to the table. The waitress was very nice and helpful. Really missed the diner."

"I arrived at front desk at 8:30PM and waited almost 30 minutes for anyone to appear. Owner/manager shows up with hair wet and says he was taking a shower. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Owner/manager then tries to charge me extra for non-smoking room. I had booked on Hotels.com and intentionally looked for "non-smoking vs smoking" selection, but COULD NOT find that ANYWHERE on the list of room options. I explained this to him and he spent several minutes arguing with me about it! He finally gave me a room with dried paint spots all over the floor. The next morning he RUDELY knocked on my door and said that it was 11:30. He charged me part of my deposit for leaving at 11:30AM instead of 11:00AM. I explained that I thought checkout was at NOON, as I had not seen any information on the checkout time. He was very rude and said I should have known and that it was on my receipt. I don't know what receipt he was talking about since he NEVER gave me one and I had booked online. As a small business owner myself, I am generally sympathetic to owner/operators of other small businesses. However, his LACK OF ROFESSIONALISM and his POOR ATTITUDE ensures that I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! "

"Maybe they should renovate this property. The staff was great, but the smell as soon as we walked in followed us to the 8th floor. The toilet was stopped up, and the floors were dirty. We left the next morning. "
