"Breakfast menu was very good. The only problem was the waiting in line each day, even though we tried to find the best timing. The staff was working very hard to try to accomodate, but, i guess the facility was not designed for such a big people flow. The room was little but always clean with pj and towels changed every day. The staff was always polite and accomodating. Also the location was very good."

"ホテルの価格が高騰している中、手頃な金額で、お値段以上のサービスでした。駅から近かったので、小雨の中歩き、チェックインしたのですが、スタッフの方が濡れていることに気がつきタオルを貸してくださいました。 説明も丁寧で安心して滞在することができました。アメニティバーもコーヒーなどのサービス、ウォーターサーバーもありがたかったです。羽田空港から近いので荷物を取りに行くのも楽でした。 また泊まりたい良いホテルを見つけました。"
