"This hotel is perfect for a night’s rest while in transit. You do have to go through immigration and security to use it, but in the morning it’s so straight forward to leave from because it ’s right beside one of the security entrances. The room provides everything you need so we always book our check in bags right through and simple take a change of clothes in our backpacks."

"We absolutely loved it. It’s an amazing property, yummy breakfast and great location. Our views were insane from the room and rooms were super spacious. We had the corner rooms. We would definitely stay there again."

"Prime location at Yokohama Bay, Minatomirai. Within walking distance of at least three large malls. Connected to Queens Square, which sits on top of a train station. Easy route to Haneda by train. We ate at the Kaiseki restaurant in the hotel and the beef quality was not nearly high enough to justify the cost of the food. Cooked and seasoned very well, but not high quality tender meat. Very chewy. Normally a hotel like this would have elevated food costs and equally elevated quality. I’m not sure whether the restaurant is independently run or is part of the hotel."
