Considering the price range, the property was a good deal around New Year time. Only issue I found was that the corridors smelled of smoke, maybe because some rooms allowed smoking and others did not.

Really disappointing

Room dirty and dim. Got urine smell. No warm air coming out of the centralised aircon. Too cold during the night and in the morning. Good points: free flow of clean towels, tooth brush and toothpastes.

チェックアウト時間に非常に厳格です。浴室はシャワー温度調整は昔ながらの温水・水を自分で捻り調整するタイプです。かなり、カビがすごいです。手前に綺麗な東横INが同じ価格であるのでそちらがおすすめです。都内のリブマックスは綺麗ですが、フロント対応含め平塚はハズレ。

浴槽が汚れていて、自分で少し掃除いたしました。また、エレベータの隣の部屋だったためか、小さいですが音が気になってよく眠れませんでした。暖房のスイッチがどこか最初はわからず、寒い思いもしました。

チェックインが遅くなりましたが快く対応していただきました。 ホテル周辺は楽天電波が非常に弱くコンビニでもペイぎ使えないなどありました。 ホテル自体はなんの問題も無く気持ちよく使わせていただきました。

以前よりとても綺麗になっていて、部屋も明るくて、テレビも新しくなっていたし、とても良かったです！ ひとつ残念だったのが、排水溝の蓋が外れており、バスタブのお湯を流したら排水溝の臭いがキツかったのと、お湯がトイレのほうにまで流れてきて大変でした！あとは、居心地良く過ごせました！
