「Staff at check in a gentleman I don’t recall his name now but he was very friendly and helpful especially when I asked for a early check in he was really nice and helped me out of a difficult spot having thought that I was booking for the day previously passed by and booked for the next day by mistake but he was a lifesaver and was able to help me out with a early check in and I was really grateful and very thankful for him having his act together and provided excellent support for us Thank...

「This is one of the best kept secrets in Galveston!! Only a block off the Strand and between two great restaurants.....Willy G's and Katty's. The room was spacious, reasonably priced, and the staff was great!!」

「For the price of $64 2 non-smoking queen beds for Jan 2026 Iwould give it a 10 out of 10. There was some rust under the water spout in the bathtub but everything else was really great 👍👍. Front desk helped me change$5 into quarters therefore I was able to do laundry in the guest laundry room. It would have been nice if the vending machine had laundry detergent but it was sold out and I had to go to the nearby Walmart to get it. Breakfast was okay because there was a little bit of hot food...

「Our stay at Holiday Inn Express went really well. Loved the location, breakfast was really good, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. I loved the convenience of being able to walk down to The Spot restaurant for dinner. We did come in January so it was really cold but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend staying here when in Galveston and can’t wait to stay again! 」
