"Amazing location, staff and pool! I did have an issue with the soundproofing. I was first in a connecting room and literally could have everything. The staff were apologetic and moved me the second night and it was bliss like the rest of my stay!"

"Overall, the experience was very good. Staff was exceptional, Gabriel and Stephen went over and above to make our stay pleasant. Location was very centrally located with regards to the entertainment district. This historic property is undergoing some renovations, and we had the opportunity to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms one night. It is a great improvement over the older rooms. We cant say enough about the service at this hotel. It is nice to see that they care so much about the customer experience."

"We really enjoyed everything at the hotel The step in the front desk were very helpful and we really appreciate that the staff that cleans the bedrooms are so awesome and polite. The only thing we did not appreciate was the waitress at the restaurant in the morning. He was very disrespectful but besides that everything else was awesome thank you so much for all you do."
