"This is an affordable option to stay at the Riverfront in Savannah. The property is dated, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A roof patio is a nice touch. The breakfast was very basic continental kind, the staff was friendly "

"The hotel is very interesting and right in the river. Historic building and interesting gems and artifacts throughout. Great restaurants and fun shopping. Checking in was easy and the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. She checked us in early and upgraded us to a river view. The rm was large and bed was super comfortable. One issue was the noise. Because of the historic building- you could hear the people above us walking around and you could hear the people next door."

"The location is great if you want to be in the middle of the waterfront action! However it was very loud though on a Saturday night. The room was clean although it was as a bit abused. Patchwork was shabbily done to cover the holes and cracks in the doors, walls, and ceiling. Only one elevator in the middle of the property and we were on the third floor in an end unit so it wasn’t the most convenient access to our room. The stairs were right outside our door, but we are a bit older so climbing three flights of stairs multiple times was a bit much with our luggage etc… It was also difficult with our service animals climbing the stairs to go in and out. Perhaps that might be something to consider when assigning rooms. Otherwise a pleasant experience. "
