「Our hotel was clean, presentable and our room was a spacious, comfy stay for our family. What I really appreciated was the dog-friendly area created for dog owners. It was a cute, spacious area for our new puppy. It was nice to see as in my previous experiences, I had to fight for a sizable location to walk the dog. Breakfast was reasonable and easy for the kids which started our beach day in a positive direction. I would stay here again.」

「Our toilet clogged and the manager handed me a plunger to do it myself. Our AC died. The free breakfast ran out of eggs, sausage, milk, and juice by 8:30 am. The maintenance person later in the day later in the day was helpful. After having a flooded bathroom all morning and no way to use the bathroom he did come up and fix that and try and fix the AC and when that wasn’t able to be fixed got us switched to a different room. 「Location is ideal. Bay a block away Ocean 2 blocks away Parking very easy in the garage Staff is 10/10. Issue was with our room… our bedding and the extra blanket bedding had short dog hair all over. We had our room serviced and still dog hair in the sheets and around on the floor. I have allergies and this made it really hard to sleep and be in the room at all.」

「This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. We showed up for a night stay. Our first room smelled like smoke so bad we needed to move. The next room was disgustingly dirty, dirty walls, broken furniture, holes in the bathroom door, broken lock on the door, broken tv, holes in the ceiling with parts falling down. The elevator was broken so we needed to carry our luggage. It was unacceptable with how inaccurate the pictures made this hotel look compared to what it actually was.」
