"Nice enough hotel, great pool and the bar/dining staff are very helpful. App doesn’t allow you to book restaurants despite what they say and having to be there at 9am to book for the next day isn’t ideal nor does it encourage spontaneity! Louis at the Celsius poolside bar was great and looked after us all week - look him up when you’re there. Check in was a little slow, one suggestion would be to have an express checkout function. "My wife and I spent our 26th wedding anniversary there. The beach and water were amazing. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the various options for dinner. The entertainment and music were great. The hospitality, friendliness and top notch service by the staff was greatly appreciated. We had a great time at the resort and look forward to going back. "

"Wish I could leave a review of the Villa separate from Ocean Village as a whole. The villa we stayed in was clean & had everything we needed. The owner was gracious enough to stop by, introduce himself and ask if we needed anything. I would give his Villa 5 stars. But the property as a whole, Ocean Village, was awful. Not all foods are labeled, which is needed when it comes to allergens.
