"The room was great. Clean and with wonderful views. The staff that checked us in made us wait more than 30 minutes because supposedly they did not have the room we had requested (corner room). I kept asking if everything was ok because they were speaking Japanese and finally he told me. Then he just said sorry we don’t have your room. And that was it. He didn’t offer an upgrade or any vouchers or anything. Just, sorry we don’t have your room. Then he said if it was ok if we stayed in a ‘family’ room. Incredibly clean as you must take your shoes off at the entrance and roll your luggage through water before entering the lobby, and your room. The variety of hot springs baths you can choose from and the extras, such as evening noodles, ice creams and massage chairs make this a great place for families to stay. There are a number of reasonably priced restaurants nearby along with a token Don Quijote just down the street. Also on the same road as public buses 205 and 206 which take you to the tourist attractions such as the golden Pavillon. "
