"Beautiful property, well situated for visiting El Yunque and Fajardo. Beautiful beach."

"Unit was clean, beds were so comfortable. Provided 1 firm mattress in one room and one soft in other. Worked out great for my family. Area seemed safe but a little sketchy few blocks around to get there. Host called and sent detailed message, only thing was I called her a few times "at appropriate times " and left msgs, parking discrepancy issue, space she allowed was taken, found parking elsewhere. Was unresponsive to the next day of discharge. I figured out by touble shooting and would still recommend this place because she really runs it clean and well stocked and accommodating. Needs to wrk on replying to messages well into a appropriate time frame ofc! Front lock needs to get instructions! Figured it out after too many tries. "

"The AC was the best of any we had in Puerto Rico - not too warm, not too cold. The neighborhood was not touristy but it was safe and services were available. The room was nice. The bed was comfy but the sofa bed was really hard. So close to the airport. Convenient. If we have an early flight we would stay again."

"This place is absolutely beautiful, literally a dream and a little piece of paradise! the views, the ambience and the property itself are stunning. We loved every minute of our stay. You're in the middle of a rainforest, surrounded by trees & wildlife & at night you can hear peaceful sounds of nature. I was amaze how many fruit trees they have. The only downside are that you have to drive 20 minutes to get food. Since uber eats don't deliver there. Also the workers cut off our water at 9:20am so we couldn't wash up before leaving & check out was at 10am. Other then that I highly recommend. "

"Nothing but great things to say about our stay. From the moment that we arrived, Joaquin made us feel like family what he has done on the property is nothing short of amazing. Property was easy to find. The gardens are beautiful. The flowers are incredible. The pool was fantastic. The whole place was so calming and serene, and incredibly clean. With the most beautiful views. Absolute paradise! Joaquin was the best host, he made us feel like family. His dog Pepe was most hospitable as well. I swear we’ve known him for years, but we’d only met that day. He’s very knowledgeable and helped us navigate our trip. He even taught us salsa dancing! I would plan another trip just to visit him and his property again."

"Noisy in the morning. Was awakened by other guests at 330 in the morning to very very loud music!"

"Received an email a few hours before check in that this was not actually available due to some kind of technical difficulty with the booking process. Did not receive a response about a refund for days. Spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia in between. "
