「The staff is friendly, the first room I got had a bad smell, it’s a pet friendly hotel but they should really split them, like they would the smoking and non-smoking rooms. I asked for a different room and thankfully they were able to accomodate me. They answered all my questions and concerns. Again, all staff were nice and helpful.」
