「Property was outstanding from pool to fire pits, horse shoes and bocce ball. Plenty of land to wonder around and docks to sit on, complete with kayaks and paddle boards. Will definitely return.」

「The place is seriously dated and in need of upgrades. My curtains were torn and unusable and with the sun beating in on one of those 100 degree days I was nonplussed. A quick discussion with the very accommodating desk clerk had the curtain “fixed” in no time (still needed replacement because it now couldn’t be opened - Lol.) 「The hotel was very clean.our room was nice but there was not a lot of room for luggage after moving the decorative pillows on the bed. The bathroom was also nice but there are no shelves or hooks in the shower for my own soap or shampoo, towels or wash cloth. The worst part was that the walls are thin. Our room was over the restaurant and we could hear the music till 11 pm. Also could hear people in rooms next door having a conversation. Breakfast is o.k. but nothing to brag about. The location...

「The location of the property was ideal for shopping and restaurants (about 5 minutes to several shopping centers and the mall). It is also not far from Sandy point (about 15 minutes) or Kent Island attractions (about 25 minutes). There is nothing to complain about with the staff who were nice enough. The room and hotel are fine but, to me, were not quite up to the expected standard of a DoubleTree. We didn't use it but there is a convenient shuttle that probably we could have taken advantage of.」

「My stay was good. Love that its right across from a shopping center. Im from md but live in ma. And this was a good choice for hotel stay. The concierge super sweet and helpful. Was able to bring my dog. The room was clean and. Breakfast was good. I would stay there again. They also gave a pack and play for my daughter lol」

「This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. 「Breakfast items were tasty and fresh but something besides sweets would have been nice, such as yogurt, eggs, and nuts. Our room was small but has a bench, desk, full mirror. The bed was comfy but very squeaky. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Parking was $50 a night which was nuts. Plenty of garages in the area that would allow you to park for a fraction of that. Excellent location. Quiet and safe with tons of shops and cafes in walking distance. 」

Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!」
