「The hotel itself was good, the breakfast was hot and had good variety. The only thing that really ruined the experience was having to wait 1:25 for the shuttle from the airport. First I was told to look for a Holiday Inn Express shuttle, and it would be 40 minutes. After 45 minutes I called back and they said it was coming. After an hour they said to look for a Candlewood shuttle. After 1:15 they said it was at the airport, and then it finally got to us and the driver said the bus was full.」
