"Overall, the hotel experience was pleasant; however, there is a significant opportunity for improvement regarding guest parking information. Because the parking facility is not owned or managed directly by the hotel, guests should receive much clearer instructions during check-in and in their reservation confirmation. Information should specifically identify approved parking areas, restricted zones, parking rates, and any locations where parking is prohibited to avoid vehicles being ticketed or towed. Providing a simple parking map, clear signage, and detailed guidance from the front desk would greatly improve the guest experience and prevent unnecessary inconvenience and expenses. Better communication regarding parking policies would be highly appreciated by future guests."
