「The hotel enjoys a great location with convenient transportation. The room conditions are generally acceptable. However, sound insulation is average. Noise can be heard at night, especially children shouting, which may disturb your rest. Those looking for a quiet stay may want to take this into consideration.」

「The receptionist was great. The two complimentary water was thoughtful. However, I think my room was next to the laundry room, so I could hear whenever it was spin drying the clothes. I can also hear when staff was loading clothes. It was pretty loud and disturbing.」

「房間很乾淨，員工友善，有商務中心可列印文件，離地鐵走路4分鐘而已，早餐不錯，整體值得推薦」

「The walls of the shower had a bit of black mold growing on them. More toiletries in the room like a shower cap and Cotten puffs would be nice . Westin should just charge an extra $5 a night and have free coffee The line for coffee was so long! Staff was wonderful!!」

「Good but not for the price」
