「The ladt working that evening was a very sweet and helpful, it was pet friendly, not very far from the expo.」

「We called the first night and asked for extra blankets and were told they were out and we could be provided with an extra sheet. The next morning we went to breakfast at 9:10 and there were crumbs left when it was supposed to end at 9:30. That night we stopped by the front desk on our way in to ask for some towels because we did not allow the staff in our room while we were away and were told they were out of towels. 「The receptionist was wonderful at check in! She gave us ideas on where to go to get the Louisville experience! The breakfast was also quite decent for a hotel! Overall clean place and extremely satisfied. 」

「This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

「The hotel and staff at this Marriott were excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Breakfast was more than we had expected and better than many other hotels we have stayed at. Highly recommend a stay here. 」

「Very nice hotel. Room had fridge, but no microwave ( no biggie for us). Coffee was available 24 hours in lobby . Room was modern and had plenty of USB ports.」

A lil snarky when we checked out early (late afternoon not staying the 2nd night) even though I was not asking or expecting a refund One safety concern I had: our room door did not close behind us. At all. Stayed wide open. My husband was unpacking the car while me and the baby played on the bed. I had no idea our room door was wide open....
