Even though this hotel was not close to most of the places we visited, it was within close walking distance to the subway station and very close to a bus stop plus the hotel offered a free shuttle to tokyo station. "The rooms on the Annex tower do not have an air purifier and after staying at 4 other hotels having it, I was disappointed. The room was weirdly shaped but did accommodate us fine for the night. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel has a good location and was a great stay overall. I would book again in the main tower next time."

"The property was in a very busy part of town, think Times Square if you're familiar with NYC. Lots to do and see around the hotel but a bit crazy. The hotel itself was nice. I enjoyed their lounge area but was disappointed to find we could not go out on the Godzilla deck. For some reason it was closed. Still, the staff was friendly and the lounge offered a nice place to meet up with our other travelers. The room was small but adequate with a cool view of the city at night. Like other hotels we stayed in, they didn't offer room cleaning unless requested and then its a full removal of all sheets and towels. I wish they would offer someone to just come in and make the bed, as someone who always has to do that, I expect when I'm paying for a room that it will be done."
