A few things to note for older travelers or those with mobility concerns. The restrooms in the rooms are elevated and there is quite a steep step up."

"I loved the AC, the change of towels, trash, etc. The hotel provides Q-tips, razors, bath towels, shower caps, combs, tooth paste, etc. The hotel is next to a bus stop that takes you to shinjuku station or shibuya. The streets are not noisy or bright, it’s a very calm location. The only thing i noticed that is easily fixable, on the sides in between the wall and the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom there’s either an algae or mold build up. Otherwise the room was very clean."

"Location is very convenient close to train stations. Breakfast is great with a nice view of the city. The limousine bus to and from Haneda airport it’s very convenient and efficient. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Staff very helpful all the time."
