When our room wasn’t ready on time, we were offered a glass of champagne and told to wait in the lobby. We went back to see a second person, again, we were told the same thing, they said they’d be with us in 10 minutes. We went an hour later to see a third person who said our room was ready, they just hadn’t told us. They just left us sitting there for an hour (hour and an half total). And...
