「This hotel was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Top notch customer service and very helpful. The ONLY Thing I want to make sure you know is to book DIRECTLY through the official hotel website. Booking through this yellow app with the arrow (cause we cant say names in the reviews) caused way too many problems and they tried to take the full amount of my bkg for themselves leaving me AND the hotel nothing to show for it including the rooms. 「Sometimes Red roof inns get a bad rap, but I have always loved them. This one looked brand new. It was clean, had a beautiful room, extremely comfortable bed and fabulous staff. They were so nice with me having my pet. They made sure I was on the first floor.」
