"When we reserved, we asked for a handicap rm w a walk in shower. We ended up on the 3rd floor in a non handicap room w a very bad tiny tun w no bars to help get in and out of the tub. I contacted them early next morning and they did get us a handicap rm switched; however, we ended up w 1 bed. There was still a tub but at least it had the protection bars. My handicap mother is all bruised up from forcing her legs over the tub side. We were told the pool would be open monday at 9:00 am and it was not opened until thursday, for the first time.None of the ice machines worked, so I had to get ice from a staff member. The breakfast was ok, so no complaints there. I feel like the pictures online played up what the rooms looked like, compared to the actual room. The staff were friendly but I will not be staying w them in the future. The bed was very comfortable, so that I was thankful for. We stayed there for 7 nights, so the money pd was for sure more than it should have been."

"We have stayed here before and keep coming back. The parking area is tight as it shares space with other restaurants and businesses, but doable. Not a lot of grassed area but plenty enough for our dog, which is a primary reason we come back. The rooms are always immaculate and the staff is really well trained. "

"Superb experience. Spacious layout of rooms, breakfast has some unique and tasty items not seen in other hotel chains. Very helpful and happy staff. Super clean! Easy location to get in and out of as well. We have found our home away from home when visiting family in Fort Wayne from now on. No more searching, trying, and disappointment."
