The carpet and wallpaper were disgusting. No conditioner in the showers. Luckily the beds were clean. Would not stay in this location again.

When we checked in, we were not told the breakfast bar was going to be down for the weekend and not accommodated for this at all. We did not have a room cleaned and had to call to ask for towels they have one of us to pick them up at the front desk no coffee refill for the amount of money that we paid. I would’ve expected a little bit better service. I wasn’t even aware of the $75 hold fee that was charged on my account. The location was great because it was right across the street from the venue we were attending, but will I stay again probably not which is unfortunate cause I’m coming back next year. I do want to say the staff was extremely nice and polite, but just felt like customer should’ve been accommodated for not having the breakfast that should’ve been included and I highly think that the rooms need to be cleaned daily.

The breakfast choices are okay, but the food is just okay. It’s edible. The hotel was easy to get to. Check in was smooth and easy. The staff is wonderful there. My room was nicely appointed and very clean and comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay
