「We liked the fact that the hotel had and indoor pool and hot tub and that the room had a mini frig and microwave. There was dirt in the bottom of the hot tub for days. We did not get fresh towels and trash pulled every day as told. Handle on mini frig was broken and duck tape was put on it as a repair.」

「The door had no latch plate in the door jam. The only thing holding the door closed was the hole in the jam so the door rattled all night. The floor was buckled in front of the bathroom. There was paint on the floor. The TV did not work. At least the sheets were clean.」

「Room was clean and comfortable. Could use some upgrade but still very comfortable and clean.」

「Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.」
