"Almost everything at this hotel was great. The staff were lovely. Fab breakfast too. The only thing missing for me was a self service laundry room. There was a hotel. laundry service but if you have lots of washing it would be rather an expensive service to use"

"Overall, my family and I enjoyed our 14-day stay at Granbell Hotel Ginza. The staff was nice, professional, and welcoming, and the location was excellent was close to trains, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. The room was slightly larger than other hotels we stayed at in Japan, but still small for a family of three. There was no dresser, and the closet wasn't large enough for a 14-day stay. The room could also have used a little more cleaning and dusting prior to our arrival. FYI, the iron and ironing board must be rented, which was a bit inconvenient. We tried the breakfast buffet for ¥3,000 per person but weren't impressed, especially with the lack of fresh juice. The lobby wine from 5:00–6:30 PM was a nice touch, though. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend and stay at Granbell again"

"Super comfortable, clean and tasteful with a very upscale look and feel. The hotel is located in an excellent spot to enjoy all that Ginza has to offer as well as very easy access to the Ginza Line to use the metro train to get to other parts of the city with ease including Shibiya, Shinjuki and Asukasa. We loved the generous amenity area in the reception Lobby offering coffee, water and a host of items to make sure stay more comfortable (toothbrushes, sunscreen, facial wash."

"A lovely little hotel, ideally placed for connecting to the Tokyo metro with 3 subway stations all in easy walking distance. The room was a really good size, clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly, check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I’d certainly consider staying here again the next time I’m in Tokyo."
