「We had stayed here last November also and you can tell the difference with the new owners. Everything is shaping up nicely. New carpet and everything was spotless. They have a nice breakfast available also. Plan on staying here often as we have a new grandson in the area.」

「I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. 」

「Breakfast was sad. No hot items like picture showed, coffee pot was sad. Amenities included pool but when asked they said it was under maintenance but no sign on pool saying so. There was holes in the rooms wall that had been poorly patched. They spent a lot of money on decor but the place was still ratty. They need to upgrade not spend money on tacky decor. Fix your walls and floors and get better equipment for breakfast.」

「This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. 」
