The owner was extremely rude. Very poor customer service. I called to confirm my reservation and he could not only understand what I was asking, he didn’t care, shouted “24 hour cancellation” multiple times and hung up on me and then wouldn’t answer when I called back. His strong foreign accent made it very hard to understand him but his attitude was the real problem. The common areas were not very clean and just run down. The pool looked dirty and the hot tub wasn’t functioning, looked like it had been broke for a long time. Made us stay on second floor even though we asked for first and it wasn't busy. No elevator. The back door was broken so you couldn’t exit. That’s a fire hazard. The toilet was dirty. The bedding smelled like bleach and that was the only saving grace of the whole place. I don’t leave bad reviews but this is experience left me no choice.
