「Staff not on site. Bedsheets and pillowcases hadn't been cleaned. Multiple complaints from other customers. Doors didn't lock. No cold water. Next time would pay $100 more to stay an Wyndham. Weird experience.... wouldn't recommend.」

「Thin walls, I could hear the baby crying next door at 7am. Our shower curtain was missing the liner, they installed the swimsuit wire upside down, so we were unable to dry swimsuits properly, only 2 were clothes for a 4-member stay, the towels didn't match, one of the beds was pretty squeaking, a fair amount of sand in the pools, which makes the pool think it isn't kept up. Pool staff is a bunch of teenagers and aren't very engaging or readily available when needed.」

「This was our third year visiting Good Ol' Days Resort, and it continues to be an amazong place for fishing, biking and accessing the golf courses nearby. Clean and comfortable room, along with friendly staff, keep us coming back every year!」

「On a hot day, late check-in, no air conditioning, instead the baseboard heat was on. Turned the thermostat off but it stayed warm until morning. Very poorly lit premises and hallway/entrance and it stunk like musty smoke. Nothing on the website(s) indicated you have to go a half a block away to check in to get the key, and it would have been very difficult to find that place in the dark had we not randomly run into another guest. 「The Mission Point restaurant was wonderful and the staff and service were great. The check-in was smooth and our room was very nice and clean. The Fairway restaurant was very disappointing. Husband ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and it came without the chicken. The server observed it and said they were terribly busy and would put in for another one! I ate , we waited nothing came. The waiter brought a to - go container thinking we got it ! He apologized and said he check on it! After a hour...

「I found this Cozy hidden hotel in Staples. Stayed 1 night. The reception was amazing and provided a lot of detail information about the area. My room was clean and equipped with towels & bodywash. The bed slept so good. If you are looking for a room in the area, I recommend EconoLux you want be disappointed. I plan to return in the fall. 」
