"The hotel rooms was smell so terrible with smoking. They should separate and ask customer about it. I stay over night and spray cotton on the window with my spray, but it didn't help, I feel like I sleep with full smoken room."

"We loved the Key West Inn! It was exactly the kind of place and location we were looking for. The antique mall next door was a big plus, huge and lots of treasures. We were given a list of restuarants, very helpful. It was clean, quiet, with great parking and friendly helpful staff. Can't say enough good stuff! Breakfast good too! We will return again..."

"The staff was great from beginning to end, starting with the gentleman who checked me in on arrival. He let me know that breakfast was available in the morning and gave me voucher for breakfast, food was good and when I returned to my room from being out all day my room was clean and re-done, the cleaning staff was on the ball. Appreciate the hospitality all staff showed me."

"My wife and checked in about 3 pm Friday and unpackèd we left the room and came back about 11 pm . We went to bed about 11:15 and noticed the pillowcases did not smell clean it was almost a sweaty smell.Due to the latenesso th hour I didn't call anyone that complain until the next morning.When I got out of the shower appx 7am It smelled like our room had been smoked in or very close to our room.I reported it to the front desk about 8:30 am Saturday and and told them we would be back between 12 noon and 1pm we would like everything taken care of because we would have to get ready for a wedding that afternoon. The Hotel rep didn't see to concerned.even when I told him we were having to transfer our clothes back to our car to avoid getting a nicotine smell to them.It was so inconvenient and the room was sprayed with something like Lysol to mask the nicotine odor. It appeared to last about an hour and the odor was back again. No one ever checked on us to see if we we.satisfied with the room after we çompained.We checked out of our room about 745 am this morning I called the front desk to let them know we were checking out and were dissatisfied with everything that happened. Their were no apologies offered nor a reduction price for the room we stayed in. Holiday Inn Express nearly ruined our trip.We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express.several times and used Hotels.com severaltimes but we were so disappointed with both we will probably never use either.again."

"Hotel is slightly run down. Could use some updating. Lady at front desk sparky. Housekeeping staff very nice. Great location and centrally located. Breakfast is hit and miss. Dining room chairs definitely need some help,chairs are very worn."
