「El Staff del hotel sumamente amable. Pendiente de colaborar en lo que necesitamos. Muy complacida de la limpieza del lugar y en especial la limpieza minuciosa de la piscina todos los días. La máquina de hielo fue un plus que no me esperaba. Hermosa vista al Mar con acceso privado. En resumen… la pasamos muuuy bien.」

「We loved this place as our home base! Very safe, private, secure, clean, and great customer service. Alejandro the waiter is the best!! Learned our names the first night and made us feel so welcome. Anytime he saw us, in the parking lot or walking to our room, he would yell out a name and greet us and ask how our day went. He made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Venting a room here is a steal!!!」

「Excellent property and management. Quick communication. You can walk to the beach in 3-4 minutes. The club bar has the best pina coladas! The pool at the house was super clean and beautiful! We will definitely stay again.」

「Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would. 1. No hot water in the unit. 2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out. 3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children. 4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds. 5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

「The villa required renovation and was in poor condition. The staff were reasonably helpful but the amenities were below standard. The pool and property position to the beach were great.」

「On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile..」

「I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. 」

「We stayed here about 4 years in a row. LOVE THIS PLACE. Splurge for the villa. Just steps from the pool and steps to the beach too. Perfect for kids! Plenty of space. Will return again and again. Oh and AMAZING FOOD, good prices for kids menu. Kids meals are like $7-8. They have sunset 2x1 drinks so grab your 2 pina coladas for $8. Just heavenly location.」

「The private room was very clean and just big enough to stretch out. The air conditioning was very strong. Nikki, the receptionist on duty during our stay, was a wonderful help to us and devoted some of her own time helping us plan our time in Jaco. The pool is lovely, and the hostel owners make a wonderful Gallo Pinto for breakfast every morning.」

「El lugar es bellísimo. Tiene al puro frente una playa inmensa lo que permite disfrutar ver y escuchar el mar. Los jardines están bien cuidados, las piscinas también. Las toallas de baño y de piscina de muy buena calidad. La amplitud de la habitación es otro gran plus y es de resaltar que está equipada la habitación con minibar y cafetera. 「Amazing hotel on a secluded beach. Each room is beach front with beautiful views of the ocean. Clean rooms with balconies and a nice pool. Enjoyed evenings at the bar in the open lobby. 」

「El lugar es precioso frente el mar y muy amplio , le falta mucho mantenimiento , solo es accesible por vehículo , no hay servicio público , los precios de la comida son altos , unn30% más que el promedio , queda cómoda 2 km otros lugares más acequibkes en comida o supermercado」
