「The pool was deeper than most pools in the area instead of 3 foot it was between 4 and 5 foot. The rooms were excellent. Called late for gate trouble, I recommend arriving first time in daylight to see how gates open for parking. But they answered right away and assisted us! They were so nice, got an extra blanket delivered the same night as well and they were so nice. There is zero view of the beach but the beach is only 5 minutes walking to be on jaco beach itself. 「The first night, the hotel lost water, so we had to go to bed hot and sticky. Water was back on in morning. Second night we lost cable TV, that was down for two days. Maintenance guy tried what he could, he ended up needing to swap out the actual TV also. Upon arrival The room was clean, as a boutique hotel as expected the rooms are small.
