「Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. Checkin was very quick. Upon realising we booked a smaller room by mistake, we were upgraded to a more spacious room without charge. Overnight parking is free for guests. The room was spacious and clean and was serviced daily with clean towels. The temperature was good and complimentary robes were offered to us.
