「Gymn and facilities excellent. Very friendly reception upon arrival and we asked for a quieter room and were provided with that. Left alone until we went out each day and room replenished and clean when back.」

「Staff in the restaurant/spa bar/spa were really helpful and pleasant. The indoor pool was great. Sadly we didn't get to use the outdoor pool as it rained but it did look very nice. View from our room was lovely too. We booked breakfast on one day but found it too much after dinner the previous night. We ate at taste of Cornwall one night. The food was very good but the room was very dark and the music stopped a couple of times and nobody around to turn it back on, so lacked a nice ambience.」

「A lovey 300 year old cottage. Beautiful rooms. Spotlessly clean. A full English breakfast sets you up for the day. Paula and Simon are wonderful hosts, very welcoming. We felt like we were visiting friends. Well located for getting around the area, Eden project and popular beaches and harbours a short distance away. 」

「Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Parking was well organised. Breakfast was well catered for. Room was very nice, a good size and nicely decorated with a big bathroom. Good location and easy to walk to town etc. so didn't need the car once we arrived. No mention on booking of the work going on at the hotel, which would be good to have known.」

「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」
