「One of the best stays my husband and I have experienced in our entire lives. The property is beautiful, filled with life and history. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable, we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious and we didn't need lunch either day. Tippy is a lovely host cat with fluffy pantaloons and Sir Ellis, the delightful black and white cat, ensured that we never forgot where our room was. 「The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

Front desk staff was there past midnight for a very late check in, very friendly staff who do a great job explaining everything, free breakfast, not the worst hotel I've been to, honestly for the price and in a pinch you can't beat it. 「Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...

「Staff was all helpful and kind for the most part. Their spa I would not recommend at all. Had a horrible first time experience at a couples massage. Was asked at the beginning of massage if there were problem areas to focus on. I told my therapist my forearms. When I brought up at the end of my massage that my forearms were in pain (because they had not been touched and I didn’t want to be rude) her response was “well I guess you need to get more massages”. The woman my girlfriend had was nice...
