「The cabin was nice I didn't like it it didn't have hot water that was the only communication that was not clear to me. Any little issues I had they addressed immediately. Pool was beautiful and so was the weather」

「We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. 」

「This is frankly the most well appointed VRBO - or travel lodging - I have stayed in, and I have experienced many. This facility was thoughtfully and carefully renovated, furnished, and provided with amenities that went beyond what I would have expected. The communication was thoughtful and timely from start to finish. I make an annual trip to this area and I will make a reservation well in advance to insure I can stay there again.」

「Property was exactly as described, staff were great. Units were HUGE in my opinion however I have never stayed at a Condo Type unit before. Unit was thoughtfully stocked with all dishes pots pans etc. Then envolope we recieved on check in offered great advice and instructions. Pool area was clean. Great Room in Main building was stocked with board games beautiful fire place. Arcade on site with pool table, and a playground. 5 stars.
