「The staff were so helpful and gracious. The bed in my original room was elevated as was the bath. They very kindly switched me to a different location so that I could avoid all the up-and-down movement with my knees. This was a great place to visit with dogs. Hiking, sitting by the campfire and resting near the big postcard window were memorable and relaxing ways to pass the time with furry friends. 」

「We missed the memo that they were undergoing major construction but still had a great time! The property is beautiful, rooms were clean, and we had some great meals at the restaurant with great service. Can’t wait to come back once renovation is complete!」

「arrived quite late, first time at this hotel. The gentleman at desk couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating to answer my inquiries. Certainly will return 」

「For starters, Helen is a great, little town! The Inn was cozy & quiet. Walking distance to everything. Good TV, nice shower, and a great-comfy King bed! The only negative-door was kinda hard to close; had to slam it.(Room #207).」

「We did enjoy our time at this property. The floor above us is paper thin, so we woke up with the family above us much earlier than we hoped. The lobby area was beautiful. The rooms are nice. The bathroom had some mold around the tub, but overall clean. Our patio off of our room could have been brushed off. A good bit of spider webs. The Oak restaurant on property was phenomenal. It was easy to rent a jet ski and get on the water. Great staff all around. Would come back!」

「It’s exactly what we expected. It’s an old place and you can tell. That’s what gives its charm. We were there for the 4th of July. We got to watch the free concert in the park from our balcony. Everything in the square is walking distance. The only negative I would give, is I wish the back door had blinds. Since it’s next to the street, even with my eyes closed I could see headlights driving by. But I am also a very light sleeper. My husband went right to sleep. 」
