「Arrivé à l’hôtel, à l’entrée le personnel qui était à l’accueil m’ a demandé une taxe de séjour de 1,78€, j'ai payé 2 euros en espèces, par gentilesse, après avoir réservé sur Booking. Aucune facture de taxe de séjour ne m'a été remise. Après 22h, les voisins des autres chambres faisaient du bruit entraient, sortaient et claquaient les portes, et parlaient fort dans le couloir, je suis sorti de la chambre, et j'ai demandé gentiment à ce qu'il se calme, pendant un petit moment, c'était...

「Hotel du Parc is convenient to the train station and old town center. The staff are multilingual and very helpful. The bathrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is showing it's age in maintenance--our shower tile grout needed some serious work. But all in all pretty good.」

「It's a nice apartment for us to live for few days, hope we can stay longer. The facilities are great, and there is a carrie four supermarket just 30 seconds walk. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. We bought one set because we don't know the rules there. Recommend to traveller who are planning to stay in Mulhouse and who would like to...

「The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!」
