「All was incredible」

「We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. Really convenient with public transport. But, no room cleaning services for stay shorter than 7 days. We only stay for 3 nights. 7 euros/set of towels will be charged if you need a new whole set. 「The worst place I've ever stayed! Terrible security!!! We PAID for tge luggage storage sercice but the hotel didn't do their job and one of the baggages is GONE!!!!!! It's so unbelievable! The location is not so good as well, not close to train station nor city center. And the cleaness is a doubt, the bed sheet has some dirt, bed is broken and the hairdryer is not working. Think twice when. you book!!!!!!!」

「Disappointed no welcome drinks nor kettle in single rooms to make got drinks. Shared shower and toilet was not hygienic with no shampoo nor bath soap!!!
