1 stanza pessima in corpo staccato con bagno fatiscente cassetta con veleno topi fuori dalla porta bagno senza riscaldamento 2 asciugamani ,dopo aver richiesto un cambio stanza non semplice visto che la reception non era affatto disponibile a risolvere le nostre problematiche, ci danno una stanza nuova ma piccolissima impossibile muoversi nessun comfort bagno gelido e bisognava tener aperta la porta Unica cosa positiva ragazzo alla reception il 2 giorno gentile e disponibile

We used Berti Hotel as a base to visit Xmas markets in the Alsace area, using local trains and buses. The hotel was ideal as only a short walk to the train station. We also enjoyed the time we spent wandering around Mulhouse. The hotel staff were friendly and polite, the decor was good and the room was was fine for our needs.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber für unsere Bedürfnisse von einem kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt. Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr fein mit einer grossen frischen Auswahl. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Fussmarsch zur Altstadt kurz.

The room we had was small with one little window which made it feel even more cramped. The brown on one wall and the ceiling, the terrible scuffed walls that had been white, also made it feel dreary. We went to the "wine bar" which was in the lower level that was being used to deliver kitchen supplies so it was less than inviting. The high ratings were not reflected in our visit.

Lovely Hotel in Mulhouse

I stayed at the Berti Hotel for a week and used it as a base to explore the region. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the railway station in a quiet neighbourhood. Super convenient for catching trains to Colmar, Strasbourg and Basel. Definitely worth considering staying here instead of expensive hotels across the border in Basel. Breakfast is mainly a continental offering with tasty breads and cheeses. Staff are super friendly and attentive - thank you! Highly Recommended
