This was our second stay here. The staff is lovely, the ambience relaxed and accommodating the rooms are updated, comfortable and clean.

We stayed in Mulhouse to visit the car museum on our way home from Italy. The hotel was in a good location for walking to the museum and had good parking. Check in was efficient. The building and rooms were quite dated and need some improvements. Our bath was cracked and there was a window into the bathroom in the twin room (from the bedroom). Beds were clean and comfortable- a comfortable one-night stop.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms very clean. They seemed to have been recently renovated. The hotel was situated close to the centre of town. However, the area around the hotel seemed dirty and there were many vacant shops etc.

Great Hotel

We booked last minute to stay at the Bristol as we were driving from Italy back to England. The Bristol was a wonderful find, room was excellent and sound proofed, the staff were all very helpful, secure covered parking and even our dog was made welcome.

A really comfortable overnight stop on the way from UK to Italy. Very friendly family run hotel. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Excellent secure parking

Older first class hotel with modern finish and big bathtub with water jets and shower. Comfortable! Close to old city and excellent restaurants and shopping. Trolleys very convenient. Over the top breakfast buffet for only 13 euros.

A very clean room with a large bathroom and separate toilet, and a heated towel rail. The staff were all very attentive and spoke good English. It is close to the Schlumpf museum by tram. The food was very good. We would happily stay there again.

Nice hotel, mixed location

Very nice hotel. Large rooms, excellent bathrooms with rain showers, secure parking. Neighborhood is a bit mixed, and the restaurant in the hotel is decent but not memorable. Of course, we were there at the same time as three large bus tours. But I expect that’s pretty normal. All I all, a positive stay and I’d certainly consider returning.

Fantastic hotel.

A gorgeous hotel in a great location. Super helpful staff on reception. We were so grateful for arranging us an early check-in. Our comfort room was a generous size, wonderful big bed, slept very well. Only negative is soundproofing, could hear neighbouring room. Would not put me off staying again. Continental breakfast with good variety of quality choices. Secure parking in basement.

Solid older hotel with good service. Great bed and excellent bath / shower. Quiet (power window shutters for our room which was above the Main Street). Onsite parking that was secure. Tram is directly in front of hotel. Walking distance to main shopping area as well as auto and art museums. Highly recommended.

WOW - I am soooo impressed - I had room #319 - a spectacular room and such attention to detail - the room was obviously newly renovated and only the finest quality of materials and fabrics were used ! A wonderful hotel which I will now use each time I am in Mulhouse ! The hotel staff who I believe were the owners were just PERFECT ! Pet friendly / perfect location only minutes by foot to city center / retaurants etc ... 10 out of 10 !

Approach to the property is through an area of town which felt rather rundown and unsafe. The carpark is fully secured, though, the hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room appeared newly renovated and was fabulous - comfortable bed, external electric shutter that fully blocked all light, enabling a restful sleep. We made use of the large bath, too. A nice breakfast was selected and worth the money. An easy walk to the centre of the old town with lots of eating places available. A good stay.
