「Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. 」
「The room condition is quiet disappointing with a very torn chair, I am sure no one would like to sit on it. Also, the bed sheet did not fit the mattress so you can see half of the edge of the mattress. Worse still, the ventilation inside washroom is terrible.」
