I had to call four or five times leaving the call running knocking on doors before I could check in and this was at 7 PM. It didn’t matter what time of day morning or evening there was never staff at the front desk. Breakfast was marginal. They didn’t have any coffee again. 「Everything is pretty mid. Room is clean but dated. Breakfast was poor for several reasons: the sausage was soy, the eggs were powder, the biscuits were hard lard bombs, and there was a vulture watching that no one "stole" from the free buffet.」

「Clean room, friendly staff! Conveniently located next door to a sports bar」

「Breakfast has been upgraded with a waffle maker and sausage patties. Wifi wasn't functioning this weekend; supposedly due to nearby construction. Convenient location for my needs and will stay here again.」

「Overall great experience.」

「Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in. We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!」

「The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options.」

「Good breakfast」

「The staff was extremely helpful making for a comfortable stay.」

「Our room was very clean and just what we wanted. The only thing that bothered us was breakfast wasn't open until 6am and the shuttle leaves at 6:10am so we were unable to eat the days we were there. Otherwise this is definitely a great place!」
