"Great beach and pools"

"The staff was exceptional, the room was clean and nice, however I did not like that there was no light over the door, there was a light flickering in a locked room next to my room but that was not enough light."

"The meal options were very good. I am a picky eater and I appreciated the variety. The food was also fresh and tasted pretty good. The staff was amazing and I appreciated that the most. There were some hiccups with our check-in and room accommodations, however I appreciated that the staff rectified it for us. We had no other issues throughout the duration of our stay. The customer service was awesome and that is a quality that hotels and resorts are hit or miss with now days. The resort location is also centralized from all of the activities that we planned. I will even take it a step further and share that I went to one the infamous fancy restaurants there that has a great scenic view and the bulk was over $120 per person but I left the restaurant wishing that I had the resorts dinner instead. So overrated. I would definitely come back to Sugar Bay Resort! "
