"Perfect for Solo travelers. 7/11 on 4th floor, 2 restaurants and bars if hit with a lazy or rainy day. Smart TVs, ice, water microwaves on floors are convenient. It’s a Japanese hotel so yes they are small but you need to learn how to utilize the design and layout to optimize your space and it’s perfect. Near everything and did I mention the view from the rooftop!"

"Awesome hotel! If you are looking for some 100% Japanese this isn’t that, as I think it is a Thai brand, but it was EXTREMELY user friendly for American’s first go in Japan. The staff is exceptional, I cannot stress this enough. This is not an Ai review, I’m a normal bro from Oregon, USA. My biggest recommendation is to pay for the Club Level amenities. Was that expensive and it was truly hard to believe how amazing it was. My wife and I immediately started the process of booking a trip to Bangkok to stay at another Centara Grand property, which I think might be the best compliment a hotel chain can get. 5/5 stars. 10/5 stars for the hospitality. Kudos"

"Breakfast is only included for one person when booking not for an extras person. The food is alright . If you have picky eaters ( kids ). I’ll recommend you , just to go buy food outside or buy a one day breakfast to give it a try , instead of paying for your whole duration in advance."

"We love this place. Our second stay with our now 4 year old. Every floor is a new adventure. And we love the nighttime buffet. We stayed both times in the largest family room and our daughter is obsessed with the bunk beds. Talks about them more often than our three days at Disney. Great location. Close to the train and shopping complex. Convenience store nearby. The staff were super helpful and we had a fun time celebrating the hotel's anniversary with special activities! We're hoping we can stay again soon."

"It was an older facility than another Toyoko Inn. You have to open your suitcases on the bed. Breakfast was excellent, as are all others. It's difficult to walk to the JR Tennouji station entrance from there."
