The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us straighten out a scheduling debacle. 「The room was clean and air-conditioning is what I needed. My power was out at home so I booked a room. Ice machine was broke, only one for 3 floors. Elevator looked like someone had kicked it in and duct taped. No air in hallways, outside yard area was weeds. Vending machine had soda, no bottled water. Bath towels are the small towels, ok for a kid but not adults. Pressed the wrong button on the tv and maintenance had to come with a different remote to restore the picture. I was thankful...

「I needed an early check in about 1 hour before as I had a meeting at check in time. Called ahead hours before while driving but no one could accommodate as they had been full the night before, but I figured at least one room might have been ready! One hour to me is not a lot to ask. So I couldn’t change or quickly shower and took all my belongings with me. Wish I could have had that early check in to prepare.」
